We require a deposit of € 400 per week booked.

This avoids remittance fees, for which we assume NO responsibility.
Deposits can also be paid by credit card (Visa, EUROCARD/Mastercard).
For payment of your stay we accept EC cards (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands) or credit cards (Visa, EUROCARD/Mastercard).
In case of cancellations, you receive the advance deposit excluding the booking fee back if the cancellation is made by you at least 8 weeks in advance of the booking date. After that, the advance deposit is retained by us. Starting 3 weeks in advance of the booking date, we charge 80% of the intended stay (100% in the case of holiday apartments, cabins on the alp, and special offers). The same applies for late arrivals and early departures.
This includes the travel cancellation insurance, and is charged at € 65 per family and week booked (from the 8th day € 90 is charged). 80 per cent of the cancellation costs (20 % per cent excess) are covered, as are illness, accident, death, serious illness of relatives, major property damage and involuntary job loss.
These events must be attested with a doctor’s certificate (diagnosis) or other documentation.
Travel to and from the hotel (rail or air, motor rail) is not insured.
