7 childcare staff and 1 kids activity director (with an education background and trained by the Kinderhotel Academy) 80 hours of baby- and child care grouped by age and available seven days a week
All apartments and suites audio monitored around the clock using the latest computer technology. You could hear in the room always when the mobile phone rings (singing, coughing, crying, screaming etc.) – it’s not just one of those monitors that sets off an alarm.
Medical Care: 1 x per week the doctor comes to the hotel for his hotel consulting hours (extra charge), while an emergency physician is on call around the clock.

7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Age-grouped child care: The Kids Workshop, where the youngsters get to do crafts and other cool work. The Lego Room to play, the Room of the Senses – for ultra-active kids, Hubsi Hu’s Pirate Land: Softplay center with 2 floors.
Kids’ farm with animals to pet, kangaroos, rabbits, goats, sheep, horses - 1 x per week pony rides (summer months), painting courses, rehearsals for musicals, soccer.
Once a week morning and evening childcare - 1 x per week morning and evening child care so that the parents can finally sleep in or go out on their own; meals just for the kids at lunch and dinner from their very own Kids Buffet, special meals for children with allergies (extra), water playground and Fairy-Tale Walk in town, one-on-one care possible (additional charge), Yoga for kids, parents/Kids arts and crafts
Child care also available at the Windel Wedelcamp - the ski school for “little dudes” right by the hotel grounds and featuring a free lift, snowmakers that guarantee always-perfect snow, ski classes and ski rentals (extra)
