7 child-care staff and 1 kids activity director (with an education background and trained by the Kinderhotel Academy) 80 hours of baby- and child care grouped by age and available seven days a week
All apartments and suites audio monitored around the clock using the latest computer technology. Pick up your mobile monitor any time you wish and listen to what the youngsters are doing (singing, coughing, crying, screaming etc.) – it’s not just one of those monitors that sets off an alarm.
Medical Care: 1 x per week the doctor comes to the hotel for his hotel consulting hours (extra charge), while an emergency physician is on call around the clock.

Baby Care & Baby Service:

7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Our very littlest guests - ages 1 week and up – are looked after in our Room of Tranquility. The children are fed, nappied, tended to and, if desired, also put down to sleep.

Once a week, morning baby care: finally being able to sleep in.
Once a week, evening baby care: the parents can finally go out alone while baby is well taken care of.
One-on-one care is available for an additional fee. Fully reclinable prams/strollers (extra), rockers, baby packs at the hotel.
Care Sets for babies as a welcome gift, buffet with cereal corner featuring Hipp products and teas, daily lunch and evening Baby Buffet with freshly made porridges.
